Its been a long six months of living in the ruins. The inside is 98% finished with only a few doors to hang and some touch up painting but all in all it turned out right nice! I would not recommend trying to live in a house that is being restored, the dust is horrible and stepping on nails and sheetrock debris and etc etc...and what box did you put that in??? But i did get to witness the process first hand.
If you do decide that your place needs a facelift, one word of advice. Order and have on hand all the materials that have to be custom
ordered. Like the flooring material. We wanted reclaimed heart of pine floors and it took 2 months to get them which held up the project for 2 months. Also don't include the month of December in your time allotment......nobody works in December, Too cold, Holidays...don't want to etc.
The outside is unfinished..Too cold to paint. Ill show pics when that is finished.
