Liiiiitle bit of resin in that, eh? Very nice looking, though it looks like a light rub-down with some micromesh might help your paint.

You can't always get what you want with Tamiya, but if you try sometime, you get what you need. I'll micro mesh the surface after I give it a gloss lacquer finish, the only detectable pebbly finish will be between the intake and fuselage after the final dull- cote. I can live with that. John

Veery nice. I assume the different browns on the saddle tanks are because they're fresher?

I believe so, Isradecal F-16I book talks about the color differences being a little redder brown. They were painted from a different mix of FS 30219 by a different contractor. They also mention a mis-match in the pattern.
