Nice build. Anything to note on construction? I just gone one in the post - looks pretty decent.
Kind of tempted to do a FAW.1 conversion, too, so I can build that snazzy gloss black demo jet.

Mofo, it's not a hard conversion as long as you take time to fit, fettle, fit again. If you are doing it wings folded then make sure that the wing folds are fitted securely and accurately in the wings. The instructions tell you to cut a couple of tabs off the upper surface of the wings do that but also reduce the width of the remaining tabs, not by much but enough so that the fold hinges fit easily. Follow the instructions regarding the aeralons(spelling?) and the wings. If you are doing the lookers hatch closed all you need to add is the the kit seat because all you can see is the black and yellow grab handle at the top! Add weight , then some more, and add some more, then add some weight.
You get a new forward fuselage in the conversion without the lookers raised hatch, but you can remove the raised molding from the Airfix kit without compromising the integrity of the moulding, I used the conversion parts but for the next one I might just use the kit upper forward fuselage and the resin lower. I used a mixture of superglue and talcum powder to stick the resin to plastic parts together.

Great Job mate. I couldn't tell a FAW2 from a 1, but for some (and those that can be arsed to google it), I'm sure there's a huge difference.

Short version: FAW.1 has short booms that blend into the wings. FAW.2 has long booms that stick out of the front of the wings, like slipper tanks.
