Nice. Question, though, are the wings on this one actually better corrugated than the other kit you're doing?

I bet those panels on the wings would be an absolute bastard to rescribe. Something about the decals is bugging me though. Have they got a slightly different sheen from the paint? Or really thick? They just seem really... decally, if you know what I mean. Also: were they really that glossy? That's surprisingly shiny for a military aircraft.

The Polish Khaki was a bit glossy and I didn't bother to make satin finish on the model. Perhaps I will do it later Decals are OK as far as sheen and thickness but I robbed off some of the paint on the right wing - my sloppiness. The corrugation in 1/72 should be almost invisible, Heller's is OK for 1/48. Ps. Kit is a test of color and a proof that Heller is not as good as legend about it. Compare to P.24G sitting next to it. Wings are to narrow, fuselage fat on the butt, wrong horizontal tail surfaces (correct for IV prototype of P.11), to small propeller and wheels. List can go on and on.
